Our team at VBC is made up of people who individually bring particular assets to compliment the strength of the team. All of the guys come with appropriate DBS checks safe in the knowledge that your protected. All of our valued team share the same ethos in ensuring that every client is treated in the same way whether it's a minor task or a major refurbishment project. The key traits of professionalism, well mannered, punctual, reliable run through every member of the team to enable us to deliver within budget and on time. The only thing we ask of our clients is to be treated fairly and with respect.
Neil Vanstone, Owner
Neil established VBC in 2012 and has been instrumental in its growth over the past thirteen years. With over 40 years of experience in the surveying and construction industry, his career began at the National Trust, later managing a substantial UK property portfolio for a residential children's company. Currently, Neil offers project management services to several long-standing clients, adopting a hands-on approach to all of VBC's expanding projects. He is your primary contact for all building requirements.
Mark Parnham,
Multi-Skilled
Mark joined us here at VBC in 2020, and we had our eye on him for quite some time. Mark comes with a knowledgeable and broad skillset of various trade and management abilities from the outdoor activity world. This coupled with enhancing his own knowledge and skillset required within the construction industry has enabled Mark to become and invaluable member of our team allowing us to diversify our client offering into a broader market.
Ben Fletcher,
Multi-Skilled
Ben joined us in 2022 to complete the final stages of his bricklaying apprenticeship. Since then, he has transformed into a skilled and valued team member, developing a wide array of masonry skills. With the support and mentorship of our dedicated team at VBC, he has gained experience working with both traditional and modern masonry materials, further enhancing his expertise in the construction field. We are proud to have Ben as an integral part of our team.
