Our team at VBC is made up of people who individually bring particular assets to compliment the strength of the team. All of the guys come with appropriate DBS checks safe in the knowledge that your protected. All of our valued team share the same ethos in ensuring that every client is treated in the same way whether it's a minor task or a major refurbishment project. The key traits of professionalism, well mannered, punctual, reliable run through every member of the team to enable us to deliver within budget and on time. The only thing we ask of our clients is to be treated fairly and with respect.
Neil Vanstone, Owner
Neil set up VBC in 2012 and has overseen the growth of the company over the past 9 years. With over 40 years experience in the surveying and construction industry starting his career at the National Trust to managing a large UK property portfolio for a residential children's activity company. Currently Neil undertakes a number of project management services for some key long standing clients and provides a hands on approach to all of VBC's expanding projects. He is the first point of contact for your building requirements.
Nicole Lewis,
Business Support
Nicole provides business support to the company to ensure effective and efficient day to day management of the business support function. She also looks after our website and all our social media accounts! Nicole has been with us since February 2018 and has been instrumental in the continuing growth of the business.
Michael Lewis, Electrical Engineer
Michael is a fully qualified electrician with over 10 years experience working on domestic, commercial and industrial projects. He's a real team player who is always willing to go that extra mile to get a job done. Having served a 3 year apprenticeship with Clarkson & Evans Michael then worked for Cheltenham Council & Cutter Solar before finding his dream role with us.

Tom Rich, Multi-Skilled
Tom has been with the company since 2017, starting as a junior member of the team. During this period Tom has developed rapidly into a fine influential and multi-skilled tradesman with developing management skills Tom may well manage your next project.
John Gregory, Plumber
John having 45 years experience in the construction industry, John has seen it all - time served plumbing & heating engineer and a wealth of knowledge and skills. John is a vital member of the team who not only keeps up with the younger members of the team, but more importantly shares his knowledge and experience with them everyday.
